please remove total hop maximum limit. in one school the connection is slow because of this. because I have almost 10 Ap eap225 per school. but it cannot connect to recommended bcos of hop reach the maximum limit

In a mesh network, the number of hops can significantly impact performance. Each hop introduces some latency and a reduction in throughput due to the need to re - transmit and manage the signal. When you have almost 10 APs and the maximum hop limit is reached, it's likely that the signal has to travel through too many intermediate APs to reach its destination. It's a safeguard to prevent the network from becoming too complex and unreliable due to an excessive number of intermediate nodes.

 

If possible, use wired connections (such as Ethernet cables) for some of the access points to reduce the reliance on the mesh network. This can effectively bypass the hop - limit problem for those APs. You can connect the APs directly to the school's wired network infrastructure, such as a switch, and configure them to use the wired backhaul option.
