in the current configuration I am using one controller for each site. Instead of multiple controllers, Can I use single controller for multiple sites. Current configuration is as shown below

 

I would like to avoid procuring multiple controllers.

there is no problem to use one controller for multiple sites, but you should use OC300 or OC400 , OC200 is quite weak, I wouldn't use it on a single site even once.

  @Vincent-TP Will it need static IP. With DHCP i am not able to discover the device.

no, I use no-ip and connect the remote site with fqdn, it works very well.
