Hi,

I encountered an issue with the Omada hotspot management while creating a voucher. I set the "Limited Usage Count" to 3 and the time duration to 3 minutes. The first login worked fine, but after the time duration expired, I received a "voucher expired" message when trying to use it again. It seems the limited usage count did not work as expected.

Can you please assist with this?

Thank you.

Im using the latest Omada Software in my Windows10, Version: 5.14.32.3

Hi  @TokwaPh

It seems like you selected the wrong Duration type.

What you need is Client Duration.

Wish you a happy life and smooth network usage!

I followed your recommended solution but the issue remains the same. After creating a voucher, I set it up to 2 minutes and limited the usage count to 3 times. When the time expired and I tried to log in again, it didn't work as I expected. I thought I could use the same voucher three times.

Maybe bugs? I don't know im not a programmer but maybe this might be a reason why it did not work.

On December 30, I received my new OC200 hardware. I installed it and transferred the configuration from my laptop. By an hour before the New Year, my upgraded network started delivering free internet until January 2. Using two voucher codes with unlimited usage worked perfectly, giving me hope that the "limited usage count" was no longer an issue, but unfortunately, it failed.

Happy new year.
