Hardware Version: V1

Hi I've recently set up some HiLook cameras to a TP link vigi NVR. I've got the audio recording working through playback in a browser but not when I download or extract the recording to a usb. Any help please?

Hi @ChuckTaylor

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Review if your audio is fit to the protocols it supports.

@Clive_A Hi Clive. Thanks for your response. The cameras are compatiable. I've tried changing the audio encoding setting in the camera to all 3 different compatible protocols G.711A, G.711U and G.726.
This is only a problem when extracting the video and not a problem in normal playback

Do you test this on an HDD?

It's hard to say what is wrong here. It could be a problem with the compatibility.

Have you tried a VIGI camera? I cannot make use of your model number as we cannot get all the IPCs on the market for testing.
