Model: ER7212PC
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3

I need help with my network configuration. My ISP provides internet service through fiber optics, which connects to an ONU/ONT configured in bridge mode. I need to connect my router to this device, from the LAN port of the ONU to the WAN port of my router. The ISP has requested that I provide the MAC address of my router's WAN port, as they use it to assign an IP address and have MAC filtering enabled.

My router has 4 WAN ports: 2 SFP ports and 2 RJ45 ports, and the ISP has informed me that each WAN port has a different MAC address. The issue is that I cannot find, in the TP-Link Omada interface, a way to view the specific MAC address of the WAN port I'm using for the connection with the ISP.

Could you guide me on how to obtain the correct MAC address of the WAN port where the ONU is connected? This is crucial so that I can provide the correct information to the ISP and complete the connection setup.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thank you in advance.

I couldn't find the mac address anywhere. I solved it by connecting the router to another and seeing the list of connected devices in this other one, so I could see the mac of each port.

Change it, you can.

Most ISP can release the MAC address if you contact them regarding this.
