Hello, any answered to this problem, i cant open my controller in omada cloud. "the current ip address does not have permission to access the system. please contact the system administrator"

EAP225 V3 is compatible with cloud-based controller, while EAP225 V3.20 not.

 

Is your EAP v3 or v3.20?

 

BTW, did you log in to the controller successfully?

What kind of controller are you using? Is it a cloud-based controller? If you don't mind, you may include the URL of the web page.

 

Is your account the master administrator?

  @Vincent-TP  hi why my eap225 V3 US is not in the allow list in cloudbased controller? but it showed in software controller only
