every 10 or 15 mines sometimes less all the networks disappear for several seconds and back again like the controller is restarting but it's not (I don't know how to explain the problem but that is the closest I can ). Does anyone have any idea where the problem

The network?  More details?  Are the SSID's disappearing?

Are you meshing the APs?

When you looking in the controller during this outage... does any of the AP show meshing while in the device list?

Sounds like you need to turn off meshing in the main settings page.

  @KimcheeGUN Meshing is on, but if I turn it off I will  lose the concoction to the APs in the attached photo

If you're not meshing any APs, then you wont have any issue.

Is the network VIP the EAP broadcast?

From the video, it never disappeared, just lose Internet, but is still visible.

What's the model number of the EAP units you're using? What's their hardware version and firmware version?

  @Vincent-TP

1- the first 4 Networks in the videos are EAP Broadcast including VIP Network

2- if you observed the signal was full and dropped that means the near access point SSID disappeared and the computer connected on the next AP

3- I have 2 types of AP EAP115 and EAP115-wall
