1. When the issue happened, all clients, including wired and wireless, lose Internet at the same time?

2. How could you recover the network?

3. When the issue happened, what was the status of the devices showing on the controller?

4. When the issue happened, around how many clients in total connected in the network?

2. How could you recover the network? Either wait a minute, or switch WiFi off and on again on device 

3. When the issue happened, what was the status of the devices showing on the controller? Active

4. When the issue happened, around how many clients in total connected in the network? Around 15

What's the encryption mode of the SSID? Please try to change the mode to WPA mode to WPA/WPA2-PSK:

i have 6ghz WiFi selected so can only use wpa3?

EAP653 doesn't support 6GHz, you can uncheck 6Ghz, and do the config.
