I would like to ask about some limitations of the Festa platform, such as

1.How many cloud controllers can be created with one TP-Link ID?

2.Several Sites can be created in one controller

3.How many cloud managers can be added to a controller?

4.How many Routers, Switches, and APs (or how many Festa devices) can be managed by one site?

To answer your questions:

1. One TP-Link ID can create 100 controllers.

2.5000 sites can be created.

3.1000 users can be added.

4. There is no limitation for the managed switches and APs in one site. However, only one Gateway can be managed in one site. And it is recommended that the total managed devices are no more than 500 in one site.
