Hi @HELP_ER605
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Refer to the list which is continuously updated.
And there is no sign that ER605 V2.x is gonna be EOL. See that ER605 V2.2 has just been released.

Nothing, just means they are still manufacturing them. Any sub-version within a major version of the hardware (eg, v2,v2.2,v2.6 etc) just indicates a different factory of origin, no actual hardware or firmware differences
The 605 v2 (and now 2.2) have significantly improved hardware compared to the v1, -twice the storage and significantly better CPU therefore is better able to support the new features they are developing. Also, its probably one of their best sellers so its unlikely they will drop it until it gets to the point the cpu or storage can no longer accomodate new developments of the platform, and i think thats a fair way off.

So what about ER605 v2 now? Other models have new firmware with new features but the ER605 not.

@Clive_A Any info yet on when the next firmware update of ER605 v2.x be released? The last official build was on 20240718. Also, any info on its early access firmwares? Some of the Omada gateways have regular releases (at least on their early access firmwares), while on the ER605 v2.x gateway, there has been none so far since July 2024. So some of the features included in the latest update of the Omada controller is still useless and unusable because it needs to be in-synced with the same features that will be included in the next firmware update of the gateway. Thanks
