Regarding the models you have purchased, which are intended for sale in mainland China, please be aware of the following:
- The product you have purchased has not received CE or FCC approval and is not suitable for export. It should not be exported from mainland China.
- We do not provide any export certification to anyone about the models that are not intended for sale in mainland China.
- TP-Link(Global) does not offer RMA or technical support for these products. Support and RMA services should be provided by TP-LINK(CN)'s support team. Global shipping fees are not covered by any of TP-Link/TP-LINK.
- Omada is a product line of TP-Link, and models with similar names in mainland China are not from the same series or the same product. They also do not belong to the same software series.
We advise you to return the product to the retailer and purchase a model that is approved for use and available in your country.
