Detection/Alarm occuring outside of Set Detection Area
Detection/Alarm occuring outside of Set Detection Area
Hi there
I have a Detection Area set up for the unit for Human and Vehicle detection, however I am getting notifications and the alarm is going off for Human detection outside of the Detection Area.
All firmware is up to date. This seems like a massive bug.
Detection Area:
Camera Position:
Object Not Entering Detection Area, Notification Received and Alarm going off:
Video of alarm/notification outside of Detection Area:
https://youtu.be/DzBmSMur9s0 (see youtube link for video)
Please can someone help me understand what's going on here?

@keegs53 mate, I experienced the same issue, human get detected outside the drawn detection zone. I reckon it's a bug too.

The detection zone(of the Detection) does not apply to the Active Defense.
Disable your Active Defense. Test again? They are two separate systems.
There is no detection zone for the Active Defense. Detection contains various detections. Active Defense is AD. It looks like you triggers the AD. Disable AD, and test if you have that problem?

The detection zone not applying to active defense is the issue here. I would call it a bug, some might call it a missing feature.
When will it be fixed / implemented?
