OC200 doesn't detect/adopt ER706w
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my home setup I recently bought and installed.
My setup is as described in the image and the problem that I'm having is that the OC200 doesn't detect the ER706w. This results in faulty statistics inside the dashboard wherein it states that I have no internet and no gateway.
Which is not true, because everything works fine except for the problem stated above.
Furthermore:
• Drivers are updated
• Controller management including inform IP is set in ER706w
Does anybody have an idea or a suggestion where I need to look and what I need to adjust?

just to be sure, what is the subnet mask on the OC200, it should be 255.255.255.0 if you can't see the router in the controller then try a factory reset of the router. reset from software or the reset button, hold it down for 15-20 sec. then you do nothing until you can see the router in the console of the controller. adopt and you're done.
make sure there are no other devices in the network with the 192.168.0.1 address.

Haha yes, that's true.
Update:
I performed a factory reset and after the reset, the ER706w was eligible for adoption! It's connected and working like a charm now ;).
Thank you very much.

I wonder two things
1. what ip is it on the OC200
2. which ip is on the router
and is show pending device enabled in global settings?

The IP on the router is 192.168.0.1 and the IP on the OC200 is 192.168.0.100.
The show pending devices setting is something I am not aware of, but since I successfully added the EAP Wall 230 and the switch, it's probably on. Nonetheless, where is that setting located?

Hi @Dacruzzz
To troubleshoot, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check the connectivity between the ER706W and the OC200.
2. Update the firmware of the ER706W and the OC200.
Please tell us the IP address of the ER706W and the IP address of the OC200.
If plug a PC into the ETH port of OC200 and ping the ER706W's IP address, will it reply?

The IP adresses are:
OC200 - 192.168.0.100
ER706w - 192.168.0.1
Firmware is updated on all devices.
Pinging succeeded.
