Poe not working on TL-SG2428P v4.0

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 4.0.8

Switch is no longer providing POE power for the two devices on the switch that require it.

POE devices connected:

EAP660 HD(US) v1.0

OC200 1.0

When I plug the devices into another switch (TL-SG2210MP v1.0) they work fine. When I connected a POE tester to the switch in question I don't get any voltage read. I've tried rebooting the switch a couple times now and still doesn't provide POE power.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you can get a reading with the PoE tester on the working switch, you might consider this is a hardware failure.

Contact the technical support team regarding the troubleshooting and RMA.
