As the topic says, I have comfigured alerts, see the image.
on my ios devices, I have configured the focus section to always include the omada app.
in the settings, I have configured notifications for all three categories.
so what am I missing?

What kind of notifications are you missing? Do you install the Omada app on your iOS device? If you activate Notifications in the omada app, you will receive a notification about the three notifications, but others will not. Also, here's a notice you should know about:
Only the administrator with the highest privilege can receive the notifications of device connections and new firmware for hardware controllers or integrated routers.
The settings in your picture cannot be sent to the iOS app.This works on the Controller itself.

Everything was allready set as you suggested.
App is comfigured as in your screendump, webapp is comfigured as my screendump and the app is allowed in IOS to show notifications.
my admin is the only admin in the site, so he must have the highest level, I added devices today, removed them and created Wlan groups, all admin required functions.
So why is it still failing to alert me (with the whole site down today, zero alerts, puzzling...

What is the current firmware version of your Omada app? Is it the latest version? Have you received notification before?

@Hank21 the app version is v4.17.20 on both devices (Ipad and Iphone).
The oc200 1.0 is v5.13.30.20, firmware seems 1.29.4 20240304 rel. 54362
It certainly has worked before.
Last april I updated the controller to the latest firmware and it looks like the notifications were stopped since then.
The app may have been updated too, but I don't follow that, all my apps get updated automatically.

Hi,
Controller reports running the latest firmware, so this must be beta firmware.
Aside from not knowing how to install beta firmware, this is a production site, not a beta site. This site is running succesfully for two years now with mostly EAP-225 outdoor points in a meshed setup (terrain too bad for cables in the air or ground), so is there a changelog confirming and fixing this issue?
What I did notice is the following issue with the 225 outdoor points: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/601380
some wired ap's stay disconnected, while having a green light, restarting is the only option (difficult when 800 km away), this week all the meshed points went into a adopting / isolated loop, as described in the link. Also the 225's are running the latest stable firmware. This issue appears after a config change, I added a ssid, of earlier added a wlan group.

The firmware I sent you is from our official website, but it has not been published to the cloud, so you cannot upgrade it directly. However, it will be uploaded to the cloud soon.

Is there still a problem with the EAP225 Outdoor? Usually, unstable connections between the Access Point and the Controller result in this problem.

I'll look into the firmware of the controller, still risky on this site, I assume the web interface supports downloading and uploading (haven't seen it yet)?
So before the last firmware of the 225 the connections were not a problem, and now they are (it is bright hot weather btw, not rain)?
I needed to restart all acces points, wired and not wired before everything was running smoothly again yesterday, just for adding a ssid.
This really is a bug and needs fixing, really bizar, and very coincidental that it has happened in another serie of EAP points.

In my local tests, adding an SSID or modifying the WLAN group did not cause the devices to disconnect. Please try to observe them; if you have the same problem, please let me know.Do you enable Mesh? If all of your access points are linked to the network by cable, you can disable Mesh in case of a loop issue.

It was the controller firmware what was blocking. Most issues are resolved.
I still see sporadically a 225 outdoor wired in disconnected state while being powered on.
I can not get it back online without powering it off.
This is the last issue, so we're getting somewhere!
