Omada Controller 5.13.30.20 OC300 crashes while adopting ER8411 v1.0 1.2.1 router. Network is reachable.
Please guide what could be wrong. other switches and APs are working fine and connected.
Can you explain how the OC300 "crashes"? Please let me know about the specific phenomena. Is the controller automatically logged out after the ER8411 is adopted? After the ER8411 is adopted by the controller, the controller will send the configuration to it, removing the configuration from the standalone but keeping the configuration on the controller. Therefore, the controller's IP address will also change. To resolve this issue, you can pre-configure the ER8411's LAN IP on the controller and assign OC300 a static IP address.
