I brought Festa F65, but have issues finding any troubleshooting documentation or suggested firewall setup. 

 

The AP is not connecting to the festa cloud. Any help will be great

Is the access point showing on the cloud controller page?

What's the error message when you failed to adopt the device?

Is the F65 internet working?
