I know that. However, I would like to operate a site with two routers. The WLAN points should be connected to two buildings, each with a router and its own Internet access to create a large WLAN network.

Hence the question of whether one site can also use two routers?

Or does it make sense to place the second router in a new site and the WLAN points in the existing one?

That means the only way to integrate the APs on another building in the site would probably be mesh mode yes?

Creating a second site and then just moving the APs to the first site makes no sense or is illogical?

maybe we're talking at cross purposes... The devices are in the same location, but not connected to each other. Only mesh via WLAN would be possible, but I don't think that's a clean solution.

Hence the question of whether it would make sense to create a site for the second router. And then copy the APs on the second router to the site of the first router? 

I have created a picture for this. It is always better if the access points have a direct cable connection. We would therefore like to equip both buildings via cable and then manage the APs on one site in order to control roaming, portal etc.
