CPE710 V2 USA firmware to UN firmware

Hello everybody,
I have a cpe710 v2 antenna that is supposedly locked to USA firmware. Is there any possibility of putting UN firmware on this antenna?

It cannot do so. It should work in accordance with local policies. If you prefer the UN version instead of the US version, you can consult with the seller before purchasing it.

I bought this antenna because at the time I was living in Canada but now I have returned to Portugal completely and I would like to know if there is another chance of using this antenna here in Portugal with access to the respective channels here, for example:
