Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: OC200 v1.0

Hi, I've been using this controller and 4 x EAP110(EU) v4.0 WAPs for the past couple of years without any issues. However, in the last week or so, some of the audio streams I usually listen to appear to be blocked when I access them through my network. This issue occurs on both my hardwired PC and my phone when connected via Wi-Fi. As soon as I switch my phone to SIM only, the URLs work fine.

I've tried adding one of the URLs to the allowed section, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post URLs here, but it's puzzling to me why it has worked fine for so long and has now suddenly stopped.

I have Virgin Media with the router set to Modem-only mode, providing me with a 16ms ping, 950 Mbps download speed, and 98Mbps upload speed, so bandwidth is not an issue.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Many Thanks,

Steve

  @SteveB2505

I believe this problem is usually caused by a DNS failure to resolve the URL, and you ought to find out whether you can access it when the PC is directly connected to the router. You can use 8.8.8.8 as your DNS.EAPs are not capable of fixing this issue, thus you need to examine at the network router and make some changes to it instead.
