Authentication Portal on Omada Cloud Controller Not Redirecting
Authentication Portal on Omada Cloud Controller Not Redirecting

We're having issues with a Hotspot Portal as it is not redirecting.
Our current setup is a
ISP modem - TPLink POE Switch - EAP615-Wall
we're using the omada cloud controller.
We configured everything as per manual, SSID, LAN, WLAN, Hotspot Portal, Voucher etc. we are currently testing the connecting to the hotspot but we're not being redirected to the Portal as it is not loading. it's like it's being blocked.
I also tried to manually input a pre-authentication access url on the acccess controll settings using the url "aps1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com" but we have the same results.
I tried to manually authorize the end device. since we still have the portal link, we refreshed it and it loaded properly.
I think the authentication portal is also being blocked prior to the authentication.
Please help.

@LittleMadi Have you gotten this sorted yet? I have an off site controller and the portal only works at the site that host the controller

Got any solution for this? I am also facing the same issue. Even though I was added the particular URLs in the pre authentication list, the controller won't allow them to access those sites without authentication.
Find the screenshots for reference.

@Its_me_mano Having same issue. I had to add a simple password to let clients use wifi but that's not ideal.

It could be pain if they shared the password to others.

"@Its_me_mano Yes! Definitely not the way I want it to work, but I have no choice for now. Can't find any solution anywhere.

To address this, I developed my own solution. Since WiFi signals are accessible within a specific range, I created a poster placed in few places displaying Hotspot plan details along with a QR code for making payments.
I also built a web app to manage payment processing.
Once a payment is made, the system verifies the details, determines the appropriate voucher based on the amount paid, and sends the voucher code to the user via SMS.
