Omada SG2008p port Gi1/0/3 was blocked.
Omada (Linux) V5.9.31, SG2008P V3.20.1 & V1.0.9, EAP225-Outdoor V5.1.6, ER7206 V1.3.0 (1 Wan, 1 LAN) RSTP enabled
2 of the EAP225-Outdoor are mesh. The Ethernet is to client devices.
When the BLOCKING error occurs all connection from Omada to Internet and most of the site is cut off. If there was a true loop, I should still have a path!
Is there any way to capture the MAC that the switch is seeing as having "looped"? This would allow me to isolate where the issue is occuring.
Just reporting the port is Blocked without what told it to block.makes it impossible to troubleshoot with setting up several systems with wireshark and mirroring the ports of the point to point link that is being blocked. Assuming that it is something to do with the meshed switched (or if I have misunderstood something.) the mesh is 5GHz with the Ethernet connecting to a TV at the location and WiFi feeding any client devices at the location, in both cases. Again assuming it could be the mesh, I do not find anyway to put "loop protect" or RSTP on the EAP225-Outside.
Any suggestons would be appreaciated.
