OC200 stuck logout / login page loop - 5 to 10 seconds after successful login
Hi Clive/team
having strange issues in chrome & firefox browser.
OC200 repeatedly logout loop 5 to 10 seconds after a successful login.
v1 hardware , firmware 1.29.4
is there any known workaround?
I have tplink cloud id & mobile app both connected so you can tell me what to do in the settings if there's something I can modify to fix this.
seems like an issue in 5.12, 5.13 as per this discussion:

Hi @fatjoez
The controller version v5.13 should already had a fix for this issue.
Please try:
1. Upgrade the controller again, to the newest version. newest version
2. Save the backup config file from the controller. Then reset the controller;
3. Make sure you are logging the controller through local IP address, and the PC is not running any VPN.
If the issue still happens, please try the new 5.14 beta firmware.

Hi @Fae
Answer your question from other thread
Local ip network access
Kaspersky internet firewall
My ip address should not be changing.
Im using the local oc200 IP address to login
Using local admin account user to login (admin) not the tplink cloud ID.
But also tested login using tplink cloud id same issue.
I updated to the new BETA early access firmware but still same issue.
I do see some errors with the SSL certificate in the chrome browser console but nothing I can do to fix.
Tried also Firefox browser.
What do you advise?
Can we not modify the oc200 controller software to stop this type of logout check?
Or is there a way to access the logfile and show you the reason for logout?

Hi @fatjoez
Just want to confirm one more thing:
If you login via omada cloud website, will this issue also happen?

@Fae hi no the cloud login seem OK
But cloud has less feature like cannot update firmware manually on cloud.
Sometime after restart browser. Clean cache. Maybe works LAN local. So yesterday one time I could login and update firmware. But immediately after and most time not work and logout again.
