AFAICS, you should connect the HDMI to the NVR directly which is the ideal way. If not, you should make sure the LAN access is possible and use the TV to view the NVR web GUI to watch the live view.

Or there is now better option to do this.

Regardless of the media of the transmission, you should always have a link between the NVR and the viewing monitors/TVs. That makes sense to you? Because its data needs to be transmitted from a device to another device.

As you mentioned that you have Deco and another WIFI router whatsoever, you should know that the most efficient way to get a connection is locally connected bypassing the cloud servers we host which may limit you to a 5-minute timer.

I don't understand your LAN-HDMI description as HDMI is not the same stuff as LAN. There are two different media. Do you get my point? It is wrong to describe them and mingle them as a term.

I might mistype that. "No better option." It should be No.

1. I cannot comment on how you design your network or design it for you. I only check if there is a mistake. I don't see a problem and IMO it is proper for the string of the NVR.

TBH, weird question for me to judge if it is correct or not. You should first define what's correct. Or you do as I say about the "correct".

2. Suit yourself as long as it works for you. Both WIFI or wired can work.

3. HDMI extender, ok. As long as it works for you, that'll be okay. I don't have a comment on how this solution works because the HDMI extender may vary.

4. I am not a Deco specialist. Please refer to the correct and recommended Ethernet backhaul setup.

5. Like the first one. NAS should be wired and you should put it in the LAN where your device can access.

6. It does not matter what type of switch you use. As long as your connection fits the quoted FAQ in 4. It'll work.

It can work with the setup you drew. Only double-NAT worries me. That'll be my only concern. Everything else is proper.

Main Deco is supposed to be the router for the whole network. Modem is set to bridge mode.

HDMI got a degradation in signal when it grows longer. HDMI would also be costly as the longer the cable, the more expensive cable you need to get. Longer cables are fiber.

The effects and results of this solution may be different. It is an idea from you and I don't want to discourage you on this. That's why I don't want to comment on the HDMI solution. If you want to go with this solution, it'd be fine. Should work. But using the extender sounds viable but you should do tests and verifications which is the field I don't have experience and beyond our support.
