cannot bind tp link cloud id or access remote or via mobile app (LAN)
I have installed (and reset factory settings).
model: VIGI NVR1008H-8P(UN) 1.0
firmware: 1.0.1 Build 230530 Rel.79659n
DHCP enabled.
LAN access website:
OK
Bind TP link cloud:
NO. Error: "Request Timed out"
Add NVR via VIGI android mobile app:
NO. Error: "Current firmware does not support adding. Upgrade to latest version"
Tried:
Factory reset
multiple web browsers - firefox, chrome
firmware upgrade - already latest. there is no update.
Is there a hardware limitation of this product version 1.0 that it doesn't support Vigi mobile app & TP link cloud?
I read this but it doesn't help since they suggest factory reset (already done that & it doesn't fix it)
