Do you mean you would like to recover the CPE210 that was bricked? You can refer to this link to use firmware recovery.
@Hank21 Thank you Hank21. I won't firmware update. I want to dump the file from the IC memory BIN file.
Because the router was bricked and the network was dead not connecting
