Dear Admin,

Kindly help me to fix my issues everyday my EAP225 and EAP110 GETTING HIGH CHANEL UTILIZATION and during that time the browsing will very slow.

Hi @Borhan74 

The high channel utilization means that there is a high level of wireless traffic or interference on the channel that the EAP is using. It is related to your environment  such as too many wireless devices or physical obstructions like walls and large objects.

 

You can try to use a Wi-Fi analyzer tool to identify the least congested channel in your area and manually set your AP to use that channel.

Besides, could you also try to add a 5GHz WiFi SSID for the clients that support 5GHz? The 2.4GHz WiFi band is easily to interference from various sources in your environment.
