@BHJohnson Thanks heaps, its not actually a bad idea since memory or other could be holding ontop something invalid however alas it did not resolve for me :(.
Spend a good 5 hours trying different ways to resolve but did not resolve so I will document them below (May give @Hank21 or @BHJohnson another idea for me ;D)
1: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, created initial account, accessed oc200 controller, adopted and applied fresh config, confirmed no errors in deployment (application Beta) tab.
2: Force Re-Adopt to sync settings from oc200 Controller.
3: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the oc200, Force Re-Adopt of Er605v2.
3: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, oc200, initial setup in Er605v2 to get oc200 IP and applied fresh config for all.
4: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, oc200, initial setup in Er605v2 to get oc200 IP and applied fresh config for all.disconnected power for 5min and restart both Er605v2 & oc200
5: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, oc200, found oc200 ip without initial logon to Er605v2 and made fresh config , disconnected power for 5min and restart both Er605v2 & oc200
6: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, oc200 & SG2210MP (Jetsream Switch), initial setup in Er605v2 to get oc200 IP and applied fresh config for all.disconnected power for 5min and restart all three Er605v2, oc200 & SG2210MP
7: Hard Reset (Front Reset pin) the Er605v2, oc200 & SG2210MP (Jetsream Switch), found oc200 ip without initial logon to Er605v2 and made fresh config for all.disconnected power for 5min and restart all three Er605v2, oc200 & SG2210MP.
(Note: that all of the above have both been with using the default MAC address for the Er605 and MAC override to align with previous tp link vx220 modem.router
