Hello community,was this problem of missing vourchers addressed? to my supprise 50 vourchers went missing and clients are yeiling at me,can TPLINK solve this out please!!
after investing all large sums of money in the equipments and gadgets,in just the first week of usage,am being welcomed by TOO MUCH LOSSES!!!!!!!

Not sure if I understand you correctly.
The voucher codes just disappear from the list? Or the codes still there just turn to expired？
What is the version of your controller? How many voucher codes did you create? I remember that for old controller version, if you create too many codes(>500), some of the codes may not be created successfully.
@Fae Am using Omada OC 200 VERSION 5.7.6. MODEL:OC200 1.0 FIRMWARE:1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608 At the point of creation,all vourchers are shown and i printed them,delivered to a reseller, after like a week,other vourchers start showng invalid vourcher code,when i do inventory to check for them in the system,they are unknown and donot exist in the system.

It sounds like a known issue on old version controller. Please try to upgrade this firmware:OC200(UN)_V1_1.29.21 Build 20240401
