I am running Omada Software Controller on an Odroid-XU4 using Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS.  I have install the controller per this TP-Link faq site https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2609/.  No install issues.  When i go to start tpeap, I get:

 

root@odroid:/usr/lib/jvm# tpeap start
Starting Omada Controller. Please wait.Invalid JVM name specified server
........................................................................

 

Controller never starts.  I have searched for this message and have not found anything that fixes the issue.  Advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Have you checked your Java version? You can try to find some possible solution from this forum and go to page 8: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/162210?sortDir=ASC&page=8
