VIGI Security Manager Play Preferences are not working
Hi,
VIGI Security Manager Play Preferences are not working, I am using version 1.6.76. As you can see in the screenshot, it is stretched even if I have it set to 1x (I have censored the image due for privacy purposes.). I have tested all the other settings and nothing is working.

I don't agree with you. I tested with the VSM just now. I set the low quality and the image immediately became worse. The display ratio also works.
Do you have the screenshot of the live view when you change it? Side-by-side comaprison?

I believe he’s referring to setting the default display ratio for cameras in Live View. The setting under "Play Preference" only applies to Playback, not Live View. Currently, we have to manually adjust the display ratio for each camera every time we open the VSM, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when managing multiple cameras.
It would be great if this could be fixed to improve efficiency.

What would be the reason for you constantly changing the display quality, ratio, and other parameters?
I am asking this because usually when you set the camera correctly and properly, it should be recording and providing the live view instead of being constantly changed and adjusted.

We shouldn't need to constantly adjust the display ratio if the one we set in Live View could be saved instead of resetting to its default display ratio 100% eveytime we restart VSM.I hope there's an option to change this to the user's preferred setting.
A 100% display ratio isn't always ideal, especially when cameras are oriented vertically for narrow spaces like hallways, where maximizing the viewing angle is important. At 100%, the video can appear distorted in these cases.
I hope this clarifies my concern, and I would appreciate it if the TP-Link support team could consider addressing this in a future update of the VSM.

So, in your request, it can be summarized as we need to create a preset for you and it should contain several profiles so that you can one-click apply the preset to the cameras. The profile should allow you to set display res, ratio, and zoom. Things that relate to the viewing preference.
That's what you expect to have. Do I understand it correctly?
