Hi @jhaime11
You can check the firmware update on both the controller and the router. Only when both the controller and router support the DPI will you be able to use this feature properly.
For ER605 V2 with latest firmware, it will support for Deep Packet Inspection.
However, the DPI feature has not been added into the OC200 with latest firmware 5.13 currently. You may wait for the hardware controller 5.14 version update. But please note that the estimated date and whether this feature will be updated cannot be guaranteed, as the actual implementation depends on the firmware update status at that time. By now you can have the software controller with DPI feature.

@Hank21 Is there anything to say about the implementation of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) on a OC200 ?

@Fae just to be sure, DPI is NOT in the latest OC200 firmware update right?
I am currently running:
OC200v1
Version: 5.14.26.23
Build: 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383
with an ER7070-M2 router with
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20240324 Rel.42799

Yeah I have a few OC200 sites with 7206's and DPI isnt available with the OC200 5.14.26.1 controller.
Edit: Let me also say, I understand DPI will probably be a headache to add with limited space. I wouldn't be surprised that it eventually never made it on it. Maybe enabling DPI, you can put up a warning that this will reducing logging to the lowest form to conserve space for all.
But it would be a great idea to use a USB thumb drive in the OC's to store data. More than just backups. Maybe have option to use it for backups or Extra Space for the Controller. Either or. I do my backups over FTP to a remote server, so that will work for me.
