How does the TP-Link CPE220 compare to a typical smartphone in terms of picking up Wi-Fi signals over longer distances when used in WISP mode? Can it connect to Wi-Fi signals that are undetectable by smartphones?

Hi@Sarojjj

Please note that we will NOT recommend you to use the CPE as the repeater. Though the CPE has the powerful antenna that allows it to transmit/receive the signal from far away, we should also consider the type of sender device. For CPE device, the point to point connection is the most recommended scenario.

But you can provide detail request here, there are different outdoor devices including CPE and EAP-Outdoor might meet your request.
