Do you mean the Controller system time will change after rebooting? Have you configured any STP server on your controller? Please try to set up the NTP Server and inform us whether it will solve the issue.
If you still encounter the same issue, after OC200 rebooting, please take a photo or screenshot which contains the System time of controller and the time on your Computer.
