I want to use cpe 710 or CPE 610  as multipoint access point and 4 deivce of CPE210 as receiver, Is it possible to do that?

Yes, it's possible to use either the CPE 710 or CPE 610 as a multipoint access point with 4 CPE210 devices as receivers. You can set up a point-to-multipoint network configuration, where the CPE 710 or CPE 610 serves as the  yowhatsapp apk central access point, and the CPE210 devices connect to it as clients.
