i just got ths eap655 and its showing as custom, which is fine i guess, but when new firmware comes out i have to go download it and apply it myself. the 1.2.6 firmware was just relased, but not available for download.... can i fix this?

Hi @akp55,

What is the model number of your controller? Please upgrade your controller to the latest firmware which has fixed the issue that some models’ firmware can’t be upgraded online, but only through manual upgrade.

Where did you get the AP from? That said I have seen TPlink gear ship with firmware versions not available anywhere else, so that may be confusing the controller.
