Hi there,

I have an OC200 connected to 6 x SG2008 Switches, 1 x SG2218 Switch and 3 x EAP610. When I go to Map > Topology, it says no devices found.

The devices are, of course, connected and show up in the devices section.

This has worked for a long time up until now, but suddenly stopped working. I spoke to my brother who said he might have changed a setting 'root device' or something on the Topology page - could this be the issue? I now cannot find any way to change that setting back so that my topology re-populates as it was before - is there any way to revert this setting? (if indeed that is the cause!)

Thanks,

  @Landfall2624

If all devices are showing "Connected", but no devices are on the map, try changing different web browsers and rebooting OC hardware controller.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
