WiFI Calling not working on ER605
Hi, i can't get WiFi Calling to work on my ER605 home network.
here's my setup:
ER605 connected to an FTTH connection with public IP
3 TL-WA850RE APs for wifi connected via ethernet.
My Phone (iPhone 13 mini) connects to wifi calling but can't start or receive calls, and after a few seconds it automatically fails over to 5G.
My Home ISP is Aruba Broadband, my Mobile ISP is TIM (Italy).

@Clive_A Hi, just to let you guys know that this appears to be a bug in iOS' implementation of wifi calling, since this problem has been solved by updating to iOS 17.3 beta.

Hi @Daves_
Have you tried to contact your ISP about this?
WIFI calling should be enabled by your ISP and you just connect to it like any regular connection.
Or if your ISP provides a document for setup and requires NAT related settings on the router. Or I am not able to provide any specific suggestions. Just generic suggestions to check if your IP is public and the port is open, which might not be related to the issue.

@Clive_A Hi, thanks for answering, i don't think this is a ISP related issue, as my phone can connect to wifi calling when changing router from the ER 605 to a ZTE H3600, so i think that's where the problem lies. i should clarify that i've already tried to setup port forwarding and port triggering, but that didn't work. I think the issue might also be related to the fact that Wifi calling makes use of port 500 UDP, which the ER605 uses for its integrated VPN.
about the IP, it is public and static
