Hi,
My controller goes offline at least once every day. [edit] To get it back online, I have to reboot both the controller and the modem. wait patiently and it will come back.
What can I do?

update:
after rewiring everything, the controller has not given troubles for more than a week so I hope it was a matter of faulty wires after all.
Thanks for all the feedback!

Is the router stable when OC is offline? Did you have a reboot schedule configured? How did you power it? Tried with different cables to rule out the power supply unstable problem.

By offline, do you mean you can no longer access the controller via the cloud? I assume the controller stays up locally then? If so, it sounds like either your modem is getting a new IP every 24h or so and that is breaking the controller connection to the cloud or your ISP is causing persistent connections to be reset. You can easily track your external IP by visiting a site like formyip dot com. If it is different before and after a disconnect event you have a clue.

@Virgo Thanks for your reply!
Is the router stable when OC is offline?
The router is a Huawei LTE router, connected to an outdoor LTE antenna. Judging by the color of the leds on the router, the internet connection is not stable. However, the controller going offline does not always seem to be related to the failing internet connection. Very often, all the leds on the router are green, whereas all controller has lost it.
Did you have a reboot schedule configured?
No I don't. Would that help?
How did you power it?
The controller is powered by an Omada switch SG105 PE
Tried with different cables to rule out the power supply unstable problem.
I will do that now and report back.

@d0ugmac1 Thanks for your reply!
I don't know if it stays up locally (?)
I checked my external IP address on friday and today and indeed it is different.
But that's not surprising, since we changed the cable from the antenna to the router, so it has been forced offline once.
I will test later today, after the next time the controller has been offline.
