DHCP renewal upon Online Detection status change
My cable ISP seems to do something that causes my DHCP lease to expire if my cable modem loses connection. This means that my ER605 router will be offline after the modem reconnects until I manually send a DHCP request via the WAN page on the admin interface of my ER605. As far as the ER605 knows, its lease is still valid. This issue occurs with any cable ISP in my region as all cable ISPs lease last-mile infrastructure from a large national ISP.
It would be helpful to have a feature where the DHCP Client monitors the Online Detection status and sends a renewal if the status changes from Online to Offline. This feature could be a toggle similar to the "Get IP using Unicast DHCP" feature.
