The status of the WAN-interface states its offline.

While it looks everything is working as expected.

I tried rebooting and activating online detection interval - no improvements.

For now, it looks like a cosmetic issue since DHCP on the WAN is working as expected.

And traffic is also flowing as expected.

Any idea what is happening?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Is there an IP conflict? What's your LAN subnet?

What's the connection type on your WAN? Dynamic? Offline means the Internet is down on this WAN.

Or this WAN is reserved as the backup WAN. It is not active until the primary WAN fails.

If you have a different opinion and want to verify whether it is working or not, use the tracert and find out if this WAN is working or not. Now it looks like it is not active and down.
