EAP690E HD and 5.12.9 don't mix
After updating to 5.12.9 WiFi6e basically went belly up. After fighting and fighting with it, I took the advice of a redditor and bit the bullet and downgraded by OC200 to 5.9.32 and now WiFi6e is great again.
Very frustrating and I'm wondering if Support has identified the issue(s) and has an ETA for a fix? I did like some of the new features/options in 5.12.9 (built in RADIS, etc) and was excited initially to try it out, but I did not expect the bugginess for an "official release" version (Safari issues, etc).

Could you please be more specific so that we can understand the issue you encountered?
What did you do and what happened? Was there any error message?
Could you please also tell your current EAP device firmware with the build number?

6e devices would not connect/stay connected to the 6GHz band and download speeds were less than WiFi5 speed (`600Mbps). firmware tried was the current GA 1.0.1 Build 20221114 Rel. 62130 as well as beta 1.0.3 (which I have since reverted back from since it wasn't the issue). After downgrading the controller, walla, decent performance again and devices are on the 6GHz band. No error messages.

I understand you marking my answer as the solution. Rolling back fixes it. But with 8411 now getting firmware for 5.13 controller and 690e HD being your flagship access point and clients using all of these are most likely to benefit are we going to see beta firmwares for the 690e hd and also a fix for 6e on 5.12 anytime soon?
