New Arrival VIGI SP9030, The First VIGI Intelligent Solar Power Supply System.
This Article Applies to VIGI SP9030 and VIGI camera.
Hi Everyone,
We’re excited to announce the official launch of VIGI SP9030 here!
The VIGI SP9030 is the first solar product in the VIGI product line, equipped with a 30Ah battery module, which, together with the VIGI IPC, can provide an efficient and reliable monitoring solution in areas where wiring is difficult.
1. Product Overview
-
High-Efficiency Solar Panel:
Improves the conversion efficiency of light with a Grade-A monocrystalline silicon solar panel, ensuring a long lifespan of at least 25 years.
-
Smart Battery Delivers Optimal Performance:
The built-in smart battery supports intelligent auxiliary heating technology, which allows the battery to operate normally across a wide temperature range.
-
High System Stability, All-Weather Operation:
The horizontal mount is high-quality SGCC galvanized steel with increased strength, anti-corrosion, and rust resistance.
The solar panel is fringed with high-quality aluminum, and 3.2mm tempered glass covers the surface to increase impact resistance.
**The actual shipped product doesn't include cameras and/or EAP equipment.
-
IP66 Weatherproof:
Ensures reliable performance even in harsh environments with rain and dust, reducing subsequent maintenance costs.
-
Remote Management
Monitor power statistics, get instant intrusion and low-battery alerts, update firmware, and reboot the system via the mobile app. The smart controller conducts real-time self-diagnostics and auto-restarts upon detecting faults, eliminating manual onsite troubleshooting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Is VIGI SP9030 compatible with all VIGI IPCs?
The SP9030 is just the power supply, as long as the power of the device meets the output standard of the SP9030, it can be used.
Q2. What type of cables should be used?
It’s recommended to use cables that are category(CAT) 5 or above.
Q3. Can I PoE power other devices through the Ethernet port?
No, SP9030 does not support powering other devices via Poe.
Q4. How can I manage the VIGI SP9030?
We need to use the latest VIGI APP to manage the SP9030.
Q5. Will we release other Solar Panels with larger battery capacity?
Yes, VIGI SP18090 with up to 90Ah battery is under development.
**The product is still in the development phase, and specific details and release timing are yet to be determined. Information will be confirmed based on the actual release.
Q6. How long can this solar panel continue to power the device when fully charged?
Under cloudy and rainy conditions, the SP9030 solar panel, when equipped with 2 * 4G IPC (VIGI C540-4G) and 1 * wired PTZ full-color IPC, can sustain continuous operation for up to 3 days. When equipped with 1 * 4G IPC, it can run for over 7 days without interruption.
**The test results are influenced by various environmental factors, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, lighting, device performance, network connectivity, and usage conditions. These factors may lead to variations in test results in different environments. Specific battery life may vary based on actual usage.
