I've upgraded to 5.13.22. No problems with the upgrade, as far as installation. A few items to note:
- In Map, the port numbers on the switches appear to be correct, with LAG enabled. The issue where the port numbers were incorrect appears to be fixed.
- No more provisioning/adopting loop with the EAP's, this appears to work properly now.
- The new firmware does not connect to Cloud, same as 5.13.9. Error 404 when trying to access the controller via Cloud. Must be accessed from local host IP.
- There's a new firmware listed for my EAP670, 1.0.12, when clicking "upgrade" I get an error message that "the upgrade file is the same with the current version." The upgrade does not proceed.

If you go to the official website and download the file to upgrade the firmware for EAP670 manually, can it fix?

I would've tried the download option, but 1.0.12 is not available on the official website at this point. It clearly shows up as an upgrade option within the controller however.
When I click the "upgrade arrow up" on the far right, here's the result:
If I click on the new firmware version 1.0.12, listed to the RIGHT of the older version, this is the result:
The "Upgrade" button is not available.

@Hank21 I just upgraded my OC300 v1 controller to 5.13.24 and it went fine but I am not seeing the options for deep packet inspection in the location referenced:
Site view > Settings > Network Security > Application Control
In fact the "application control" is not there at all. Does this have something to do with the gateway device not being compatible? I have the ER605 with the latest stable firmware. Thanks!

Hello @OrangeStreet,
Thanks for your valuable feedback.
After confirming with the Support team, the DPI is not supported for hardware controllers due to the hardware limitation. I have clarified it in the original post either.
