Where is the option to update the software controller via the gui? When I click 'Check for update' I am only presented with a download to the new version. There is no option to perform the update using the GUI.
Yes. Thats where I got the idea that it could be done. But It can't. The "check for updates" button downloads the update file and you have to manually update in the terminal. I use Ubuntu, so maybe its a windows only feature? I don't know, and it doesn't say.
