My guess is that you have ISP  supplied modem/routers in front of the ER605 which use NAT and are supplying private addresses to the ER605 via dhcp. You need to talk to your isp to see how it is possible for the Er605 to obtain a public ip, typically by switching their modem into bridge mode. I ve not even heard of the isps you use so know nothing about them or their equipmentI. I suspect you are in a different country

  @MisterW , I am using globe and pldt .. and I am from Philippines. 

 

Wan 1 - PLDT - 600MBPS
Wan 2 - Globe - 600MBPS

 

If I enable backup link, is WAN2 automatically "DISCONNCTED" - and activated only when wan1 fails?

If you are connected to other routers just go to management pages and assign two WAN ports with different IP address.

Well I'm not capable of doing this, if you wanna solve this urgently and need remote session for help you can just contact the official technical support and they will handle this.
