OC200 Auto Backup
Since a couple of weeks the Auto Backup function is not working anymore. At the hardware is nothing changed and nothing touched and before it worked in these hardware setting (PoE power supply, 8GB USB stick). The last Auto Backup is from 7th July 2023.
Anyone any suggestion for solving this issue?

May I confirm whether this issue start to happen after the firmware upgraded of your OC200?
A newer 5.12.9 Beta firmware has been released for trial, could you upgrade it to 5.12.9 firmware for testing?

Also I have downloaded (https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/619304 --> file OC200(UN)_V1_1.26.3_Build20230906(Beta).zip) and installed the suggeted Beta version of the firmware. Hope it will help

Hello @Hank21,
I hjave checked the auto backup-file and it has stopped again at the end of September; 30th September 2023. Until yet no more daily backups and the total number of backups is 35 in stead of the maximum number of 50.
I think this functionality is not working properly.
Please can you help/ fix it?
For tomorrow I have changed the timestamp of making a backup 06:15 to 05:15, let's see what is happening.
