Does WLAN Optimization automatically choose channel width for me?

(using Omada eco-system with an OC200 controller + ER7206 router + SG2218P switch + 3x EAP653 + 1x EAP655. This is a home network)

Yes

If you enable this on the controller it will optimise the width and channel for you.
