ER8411 Factory Reset

I factory reset my ER8411 because I forgot my login to the device.

I'm now stuck on the flashing sys light.

Putty/Serial at 115200 asks for a login, but none of the default admin/admin admin/*blank* admin/password logins work.

Can I get some help? I've let this sit for over an hour and still nothing.

I've also set my laptop IP manually to 192.168.0.2 and the gateway to 192.168.0.1 but can't access the web portal

What am I missing?

Solution

The solution: Connect to the furthest LAN port on the right. Immediately got a dhcp address and now see a page.
