Hi @Jepoyiee

If you watch it from our cloud platform, then there is a 5-minute timer.

If you want to bypass our server, you need to port forward the video stream and access your public IP of that site and watch it by your line.

Port forward the RTSP and use the third-party software to capture the stream by the correct URL format which has been given above. I don't know what else I can provide for you.

This is the only way to bypass the 5-minute limit. Your stream is not pulled and pushed by our server. Your router with the public IP is the key to pushing the stream while you are away from your home.

@PiyushIndia You can do one thing that doesn't require port forwarding (also it only works if you have a public ip, and also doesn't work if your isp implements CGNAT) but once it's setup it's pretty robust. Look into Tailscale, which takes care of all these for you. It's free plan gets the work done, but you need a pc running at home to get to use that. You can use something like Raspberry Pi Zero 2W which is cheap and plugs into Microusb and connects to WiFi. Tailscale is also available for Linux, windows, Mac, ios, Android. You install it on the device at home and on the device you want to view the stream and you access your camera anywhere from the world as if it's in your local network. It might sound complicated but it's not once you look into it and it's infinitely better than port forwarding and ddns. Describe your setup and I will help you configure it.
